 Automatic cardboard gluing stitching inline corrugated packaging machine consist of following sections :

Vacuum feeding section ,gluing and folding section , stitching function counter and stacker section .

Feeding section :

Nail box deapartment 
1. Adopt Ourui dual servo drive motor, with accurate accuracy and reduced mechanical transmission parts, which can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.
2. Can be nailed with single nail/, double nail//, reinforcing nail (////Both ends are double nails, and the middle part is single nail)
3.Completed at one time, suitable for different customer requirements for nail types.
4. The entire set of nail heads are all made of Japanese mold steel and precision processed with computer gongs.
5. Changing the carton size and adjusting the carton staple distance can be completed in only one minute, greatly saving time and facilitating operation.
6.The entire control system adopts Ourui PLC control system.

Use a large servo motor to control the nail head, passing 70-80 pieces of paper per minute.
