Main function :

 Automatic cardboard gluing stitching inline corrugated packaging machine consist of following sections :

Vacuum feeding section ,gluing and folding section , stitching function counter and stacker section .

Feeding section :

Box stitcher department 
1. Adopting the Ourui dual servo drive motor, the accuracy is accurate, and the mechanical transmission part is reduced, which can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.
2. Can be nailed with single nails/, double nails//, reinforced nails (/////Both ends are double nails, and the middle part is a single nail)
Completed in one go, suitable for different customers' different requirements for nail types.
3. The entire set of nail heads are all made of Japanese mold steel and precision processed by computer gongs.
4. Changing the size of the cardboard box and adjusting the nail pitch of the cardboard box can be completed in just one minute, greatly saving time and facilitating operation.
5. The entire control system adopts Taiwan Delta PLC control system.
