Product Description

The whole group of nail heads are all made of Japanese abrasive tools and precision machining by computer .
Can nail single nail, double nail, reinforced nail [order in advance], can be suitable for different customers on the different requirements of nails.
Can nail three layers, five layers, seven layers [order in advance].
Change the carton size, [box lid, box height, nail number, nail distance] only one minute can be completed, greatly saving time, easy to operate.
The front end of the paper feeding part is automatically raised and lowered, and the paper feeding table is equipped with photoelectric induction device to maintain the best feeding height.
The back end has an automatic counting function, and the finished product box can be sent to the end of the conveying machine according to the set number, which is convenient for packing and strapping.

Delta touch screen operation, parameters [lid, box height, nail number, nail distance, packaging, tailgate], easy to change.
The whole control system adopts Taiwan Delta plc control system.
Rear electric baffle, driven by stepper motor, precise size, convenient and fast.
Press rubber wheel gap electric adjustment.
The approach switch adopts Japanese Omron brand.
